Terms & Conditions – Just Wilson Entertainment

Welcome to Just Wilson Entertainment. By accessing our website or booking our DJ services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

We provide professional DJ and entertainment services for events in Minneapolis, St. Paul, and surrounding areas, and—for an additional fee—travel up to four (4) hours beyond our standard coverage area.

2. Booking & Payment

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the event.
• Payments are accepted via cash, check, Venmo, PayPal, or credit card.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the event for any partial refund consideration.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and suitable environment for setup and performance.
• Obtain any necessary permits for music or amplified sound.
• Ensure venue access for equipment setup and takedown.

5. Our Responsibilities

• Provide professional-grade equipment and performance.
• Arrive at least 90 minutes before the start time for setup.
• Maintain communication with the client before and during the event.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, power outages) or for damage or loss caused by guests or third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

Any promotional materials, music mixes, or media created by Just Wilson Entertainment remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA.
